The biggest news is that Mom does, in fact, have a pot to pee in! :)
She also has a shower door to keep the water in:

And she has a plan for all the rest of the work that Felipe will do on the house.

I primed the bathroom door and painted the trim (we were originally going to trash the whole door, but it's salvagable!

Still love the color in the bathroom, especially now with the wood cabinets against it -- the stain goes with it well.
